Cynthia Ann Eaton

Cynthia Ann Eaton, age 70, of Groveland, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. Cindy’s infectious smile lives on through those who knew her.

Born in Newburyport, MA on November 1,1954 and a long time resident of Groveland, she was the daughter of Charles A. and Sylvia M. Eaton (Westwood).

She was retired from Hale Hospital in Haverhill, MA. She enjoyed taking walks and long drives up the coast. Rye Beach was one of her favorite local places to visit. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and had many close relationships with her neighbors.

Cynthia is survived and treasured by her daughters, Cheri Comeau of Salisbury, and Tina Gonyer and her husband George of Methuen; along with three grandchildren, Cadrin Comeau, Kendra Griffin and Brayden Gonyer. She also leaves behind sisters Linda Lewis of Louisville, KY, Tammy Castine of Danville, NH and Pamela Souza of Silver Springs, FL.

A private service will take place later in May for family, close friends and neighbors. Arrangements were by Paul C. Rogers Family Funeral Home, 2 Hillside Avenue, Amesbury, MA 01913.
