John L. Hersey

John Hersey of Seabrook, NH, son of Emily and Harry Hersey, died from injuries sustained in an accident on May 22, 2024. He was born October 17, 1954 in Amesbury, MA and attended Amesbury schools. John was a union carpenter for many years.

He leaves behind sisters Linda Cammett of Newton,NH; Cathy Goodwin of Newburyport,MA and Pam Binette of Tucson, AZ and brothers Ken of Merrimac, MA and David of Exeter, NH as well as several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be private but a celebration of John’s life will be held on June 29th at the American Legion in Seabrook, NH. Arrangements were by Paul C. Rogers Family Funeral Home, 2 Hillside Avenue, Amesbury, MA 01913.
