Robert “Bobby” Eaton
January 6, 1958- April 19, 2024

Robert “Bobby” Eaton passed away peacefully on Friday April 19th surrounded by his loving family at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Bobby worked for Lucent Technologies for many years, and he was a retired firefighter for the town West Newbury. He will be remembered as a big fan of New England sports, an avid fisherman, and a loving father and grandfather. There was nothing he loved more than spending his days playing with his grandchildren.

Bobby is survived by his daughters, April of Haverhill, Melissa and husband Joe of Amesbury, and Stephanie and  partner Mike of West Newbury; his beloved grandchildren, Elijah, Lucas, and Evelynn; siblings, Louis “Bud” Eaton and Wife Karen, sister Trudy Bergeron and husband Lennie,  sister Arlene Sipe and husband Eric of South Carolina, sister Sandy Russel of Virginia, and brother David Rogers and wife Krissy of California, as well as ex-wife Charlotte of West Newbury, and numerous nieces and nephews.  He is predeceased by his parents Beatrice and Irving Rogers of Salisbury, MA.

The family invites friends and family to join them for a celebration of life on June 1 at 1 pm at the Neptune Club in Newburyport, MA.
