Yoko (Yoshida) Kelleher passed away on January 9, 2025 at the age of 92.
She was born on February 23, 1932 in Nobeoka City, Japan (Kyushu) to Isamu Yoshida and Misako (Watanabe) Yoshida.
She met and married SMSgt Gerald Francis Kelleher on August 17, 1959 who preceded her in death on December 20, 1975.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Francis and wife Lisa of Valrico, Florida and Jeffrey Lee and wife Shaney of Lehi, Utah and was blessed with eight beautiful grandchildren, Stacey Waltzer and husband Bryan, Heather Kelleher, Aimee Collins and husband Ronald Gene Jr., Andrew Kelleher and wife Jayme, Samantha Kelleher, Stephen Allen and wife Abby, Danielle Franco and husband Alfredo (Fredo), and Katie Allen. She also leaves six amazing great-grandchildren, Ronald Gene Collins, III, Summer Rae Collins, Raylan Kelleher, Nathan Franco, Mila Franco & Marcus Franco.
She loved her family deeply and her greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also loved to cook their favorite Japanese meals when they came to visit and always had sweets in the freezer. She had a passion for bingo and lady luck was always on her side, and many longtime friendships were made. She will forever be in our hearts.

A graveside service and burial will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 10 AM at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Newburyport. Arrangements are made by Paul C. Rogers Family Funeral Home, 2 Hillside Avenue, Amesbury, MA.
